Rules & Conditions

        1.     The Judge's decision is final.

        2.     Neither the landowners nor the organisers accept any responsibility or liability for any accident, loss, damage or injury to any person, property or animal arising out of or in connection with the show, however caused, other than the liability to refund entry fees in the event of the abandonment of the competition.

        3.     In the interest of safety, mounts may only be walked or trotted when outside the rings except in the practice areas.

        4.     The organisers reserve the right to alter, cancel or otherwise rearrange events and prizes without giving prior notice.

        5.     The judges reserve the right to refuse entry to any competitor considered to be "underhorsed" or unsuitably dressed.

        6.     Hard hats and safe footwear must be worn at all times when mounted.

        7.     No whips or spurs are allowed in the gymkhana classes.      

        8.     Ages to be taken as on the day of the show.

        9.     Challenge trophies are to be signed for before leaving the showground.  A £10 deposit is payable on collection of trophies which will be forfeited if the trophy is not returned by 1.09.11

        10.   Objections must be made in writing to the Secretary within half an hour of the event accompanied by a deposit of £10 which will be refunded if the objection is sustained.

        11.   All dogs must be kept on leads.

        12.   The organisers decision in connection with any event shall be final and binding.  Any person failing to comply with these rules and conditions is liable to disqualification from all events.

        13.   Do not leave unattended horses/ponies tied up to the outside of trailers/boxes.

        14.   Bring your own water - non available on site.
